Returns
- Eligible Products: Due to the nature of our products (natural, biodegradable, and skincare-focused), only unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Return Period: You may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Refunds
- Full Refund: If your product is eligible for a return, we will process a full refund once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us, only a partial refund will be granted at our discretion.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or a mistake was made in fulfilling the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Refund Exceptions
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.
